Lifestyle in Santa Maria

Kick back and relax under the African sky and beautiful surroundings or enjoy a variety of exciting activities to do with many popular attractions nearby

THIS UNIQUE PROPERTY OFFERS A PLAYGROUND OF OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

To mention a few: shore and deep sea fishing, scuba diving, nature trails, day trip excursions to Inhaca and Portuguese Islands, boating in the bay and around the islands, snorkeling, bird watching, whale watching and outings to the Elephant reserve.

The sheer beauty of the property and the fantastic lifestyle have allured friends looking for something unique and almost irreplaceable. The water temperature averages 22-24°C in winter, 25-28°C in summer and is always beautifully clean. The Elephant Reserve, just 27 kms south of Nhoxani is absolutely beautiful. An initiative with the Wildlife Conservation Society by the neighbouring property developer, Machangulo Estate, together with donor funding for a conservation team to be established hopes to initiate the restocking of the wildlife over the next few years. Down the line this Reserve should become a fully fledged game reserve too. Whale season commences in July and runs until early November. The Humpback whales arrive in abundance during this time and provide a wonderful experience for fisherman out on their boats, witnessing breaching and playful activity.

NHOXANI ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: BOAT CRUISE CHARTERS, TRIPS TO THE BEACH, COLLECTING PANSY SHELLS, SNORKELLING, FISHING, CANOEING ETC.

Here are a few activities that might add to your overall experience, if you are interested:
